However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Requests for cancellation and refund must be submitted within 6 days from the date of enrollment. To qualify for a refund, the student must not have accessed more than 10% of the purchased course or test series package.
To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Your refund request must include the student's name, enrollment details, reason for cancellation, and any relevant supporting documentation. Refund requests will be processed within 6 business days of receipt. If your refund request is approved, it will be issued using the original method of payment. Please note that any applicable fees, such as administrative or transaction fees, may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will not be provided after the specified refund eligibility period has expired. Additionally, registration fees, administrative fees, and any other non-tuition charges are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for courses or test series packages that have been accessed beyond 10% of the total content. Customized packages may be subject to different refund policies, as agreed upon during enrollment. Promotional or discounted services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms and conditions.
In the event of a dispute regarding a refund request, Sarthaks eConnect reserves the right to review the circumstances and make a final decision. Disputes not resolved through direct communication may be subject to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the matter to our management team for further review. We are dedicated to resolving any disputes or concerns in a fair and timely manner.
Sarthaks eConnect operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing refunds, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable legislation in India.
