Find the value of k for which the following system of equations has a unique solution:

4x - 5y = k

2x - 3y = 12

Multiplying eq2 by 2 and subtracting from eq1

⇒ - 5y + 6y = k – 24

⇒ y = k – 24

Thus, for any value of k it has a unique solution
