Best answer

In a right angled triangle APQ,

tan A = \(\frac{PQ}{AQ}\) and tan P = \(\frac{AQ}{PQ}\)

∵  tan A =  tan P

\(\frac{PQ}{AQ} = \frac{AQ}{PQ}\)

∵ PQ = AQ

∠P = ∠A = 45°
