TSA=`4 pi r^2`
`=4 *22/7*7*7= 616cm^2`
case 2`r=14cm`
TSA=`4*22/7*14*14= 2464cm^2`
ratio of surface areas= `(TSA^2)/(TSA_1)`
`=2464/616`
`=4:1`
