Best answer

a. Mass of 1 mole of CaCO3 = 40 + 12 + 48 = 100 gram.

No of moles of Ca in 1000 g CaCO3\(\frac{1000}{100}\) = 10 mol

b. No of moles of Ca in 10 moles CaCO3 =10 × 1 = 10 mol

No of moles of oxygen in 10 moles of CaCO3 = 10 × 3 = 30mol.
