Let the particle covers its total journey in n seconds then
`" " (1)/(2) g(n)^(2)- (1)/(2) g(n-2)^(2) = 40`
`rArr (4n-4) = 8 rArr n = 3`
height of tower = `(1)/(2) g(3)^(2) = 45`m
