(b) No it cannot be reversed.
(c ) Pectins are carbohydrates in nature.
(d) The monomer units of starch are `alpha-D(+)` glucose molecules.
(e ) Products obtained from cellulose are rayons, celluloes acetate and ethyl cellulose.
(f) Globular proteins : Insulin, haemoglobin, albumin
Fibraous proteins : Fibroi, collagen, myosin.
