i. y = 2x – 4 

∴ 2x – y – 4 = 0 is the equation in ax + by + c 

= 0 form.

ii. y = 4 

∴ 0x + 1y – 4 = 0 is the equation in ax + by + c 

= 0 form.

iii. x/2 + y/4 = 1  

∴ 2x +y/4

∴ 2x + y – 4 = 0 is the equation in ax + by + c 

= 0 form.

iv. x/3 - y/2 = 0 

∴ 2x – 3y = 0 

∴ 2x – 3y + 0 = 0 is the equation in ax + by + c 

= 0 form.
