Correct option (c) A is true but R is false

Explanation :

Wien's relation gives λ at maximum intensity λmT = constant.

Stefan's law, rate of emission of energy per unit area = σT4. Intensity of emission of a particular wavelength does not explains the shift of λm with absolute temperature.
