Correct option is C) 72°

<p = <r

<p/<q = 2/3 (Given) 
=> <r/<q = 2/3
      2q=3r
      q=3r/2
also r+q=180°
  => r+(3r/2) =180°
       (2r+3r)/2 =180°  ( LCM) 
        5r=360°
        r= 72°
