Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 2 : 7.07 × 104 N

\(Maximum\;stress\; = \;\frac{{Maximum\;load}}{{cross - sectional\;Area}}\)

∴ Maximum load = πr2 × maximum stress

 = 3.14 × (1.5 × 10-2)2 × 108 N

 = 7.07 × 104 N
