Correct Answer - Option 1 : 1/2

Given:

Tails appear consecutively in the first Ten tosses of a fair coin.

Formula Used:

Probability = number of favourable outcomes/total number of outcomes

Calculation:

As each time coin is tossed is the independent event.

when the coin is flipped the eleventh time, there is a chance of getting head or tail.

⇒ The chance of getting head = chance of getting tail

∴ The probability of getting 'Head' on the eleventh toss is 1/2
