Correct Answer - Option 4 : Neither I not II follows 

Combined Statement: X = Y ≥ Z > P ≥ Q < S

I.Z < S – False (As, Z > P ≥ Q < S, so definite relation between Z and S cannot be determined)

II. Y ≥ Q  – False (As, Y ≥ Z > P ≥ Q, we get > sign i.e. between Y and Q, so it definitely holds false)

Hence, Neither I nor II follows.
