Let the speed of slower bike be x km/hr.

Speed of faster bike = x + 9

Relative speed = 2x + 9

⇒ 2x + 9 = 324/4

⇒ 2x + 9 = 81

⇒ x = 36 km/hr

∴ The speed of slower bike be 36 km/hr.
