Profit = Investment × Time 

CALCULATION:

Let Trishala's Investment be Rs. x for 9 months

⇒ Profit = Investment × Time 

⇒ Profit (Sohail ∶ Trishala) = (Sohail's Investment × Time) ∶ (Trishala's Investment × Time)

⇒ 25 ∶ 24 = 2250 × 12 : x × 9

⇒ x = 2880
