Correct option is b) 70°

In □ OPAQ, 

∠OPA = ∠OQA = 90° 

∠POQ = 110° 

∴ ∠O + ∠P + ∠A + ∠Q = 360° 

⇒ 90° + 90° + 110° + ∠PAQ – 360° 

⇒ ∠PAQ = 360° – 290° = 70°
