Best answer

Correct option is (C) 60°

Height of the pole = 9 m

Length of shadow cast on ground = 3√3m

Let “θ be angle of elevation”.

According to the question,

\(\tan \theta = \frac{9}{3\sqrt 3}\)

\(= \frac 3{\sqrt 3}\)

\(= \sqrt 3\)

\(\therefore \tan \theta = 60° \)
