Colloids mixtures in which one or more substances are are dispersed as relatively large solid particles, or liquids droplets throughout a solid, liquid or gaseous medium. Soda water is an example of colloid, it is a liquid solution of water and CO2 gas. Gas is dissolved in liquid under high pressure.

Thus, soda water represents gas in liquid colloid.
