Correct option is (b)

DDT is a commonly known pesticide or insecticide that does not have any particular taste or smell or colour. But this was banned in many places because of the adverse effects on health as well as on the environment.

This only option that matches DDT with pesticides. Similarly, PAN [peroxyacetyl nitrate] is the major component in the photochemical smog.
