Correct option is (d) 3

Given that:

Molarity = 3M

Volume = 1000 in ml

We have to find no of moles :

Molarity = moles / volume

No of moles = molarity x volume

No. of moles = 3 x 1 mol = 3 mol

Hence the correct option is C.
