The probability that both drawn cards are red is: 26/52 x 25/51 = 650/2652 = 25/102

The probability that both drawn cards are pictures is: 12/52 x 11/51 = 132/2652 = 11/221

The probability that both drawn cards are red pictures is: 6/52 x 5/51 = 30/2652 = 5/442

So the probability that both drawn cards are red or both be pictures is:

25/102 + 11/221 - 5/442
