Best answer

Correct option is (C) 6

Given,

\(x^{2}-5 x+p=10\)

\(x^{2}-5 x+(p-10)=0 \)

\(\alpha \beta =\frac{c}{a}\)

\(-4 =\frac{p-10}{1} \)

\(-4 =p-10\)

\(-4+10 =p\)

\(\therefore p=6\)
