Correct option is (B) -82

Given: A.P is \(20,17,14,11, \ldots\)

Here, first term \((a)=20\)

Common difference \((d)=17-20=-3\)

\(n^{\text {th}}\) term is given by,

\(a_{n}=a+(n-1) d\)

Put \(n = 35\)

\(a_{35} = 20 + (35 - 1) (-3)\)

\(=20 + (34) (-3)\)

\(= 20 - 102\)

\(= -82\)

The 35th term of the A.P. \(20,17,14,11, \ldots\) is -82.
