Given: Partners (Kanika, Ketan, Kusu) with shares in the ratio 5:3:2. Ketan's share of profit is Rs 150,000.

Calculations:

1. Let x be the value of one part of the profit.

2. Equation: 3x = 150,000

3. Solving for x: x = 150,000 / 3 = Rs 50,000

4. Kanika's share = 5 parts * Rs 50,000/part = Rs 250,000
