A block of mass m is pushed against a spring with spring constant k fixed at one end to a wall. The block slides on a frictionless table resting against this wall. The natural length of the spring is L and is compressed to half its natural length when the block is released. The velocity of the block after the spring acquires its natural length would be

(A) \(\frac{2}{L}\sqrt\frac{k}{m}\)

(B) \( \frac{L}{2}\sqrt\frac{k}{m}\)

(C) \(\sqrt\frac{kL}{2m}\)
