Addition reaction can be shown by the unsaturated carbon. Compound A (C₃H₈) is saturated and compound B (C₃H₆) is unsaturated hydrocarbon (with a double bond). As we know that addition reactions are a characteristic property of unsaturated hydrocarbons, thus the compound B (C₃H₆) is most likely to show, addition reaction.
