Best answer

Let A = (2,3) B = (4, 1)

∴ the equation of line is a given by (y - 3)/(x - 2)

⇒ (y - 3)/(x - 2) = - 2/2 = -1

⇒ y – 3 = -x + 2

∴ x + y – 5 = 0 is the equation of line

Let c = (1, 2) and D(4,3) cut the line AB at P(x , y) is the ratio 2 : 1 then
