The 9th term of the AP 3 /4 , 5 /4 , 7 /4 , 9 /4 , …….

Given: AP is 3 /4 , 5 /4 , 7 /4 , 9 /4 , …….

Here, first term = a = 3/4

Common difference = d = 5/4 – 3/4 = 1/2

n = 9

an = a + (n-1)d

a9 = 3/4 + (9 -1)1/2

= 19/4
