The poet expects from the citizens of his country that every citizen must develop the greatest sense of love and dedication to make their country advanced and see this grand vision and prepare themselves to achieve the target of their life to make their nation wealthy and prosperous. All this is possible with the help of the weapons of knowledge and technology.
कवि अपने देश के नागरिकों से अपेक्षा करता है कि प्रत्येक नागरिक को अपने देश को विकसित करने के लिए प्रेम तथा समर्पण की भावना विकसित करनी पड़ेगी। इस महान लक्ष्य को पूरा करने के लिए उन्हें स्वयं को तैयार करना पड़ेगा तथा अपने देश को खुशहाल व समृद्ध बनाना पड़ेगा और इस लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करना केवल ज्ञान और तकनीकी रूपी हथियार से ही सम्भव है।
