Equivalent resistance of the parallel combination is

R\(\frac{r_1\,\times\,r_2}{r_1\,+\,r_2}\)

\(\frac{5\,\times\,10}{5\,+\,10}\)

\(\frac{50}{15}\)

\(\frac{10}{3}\,\Omega\)

These eight resistances are connected in series, so

So, the equivalent resistance of the combination is \(\frac{80}{3}\,\Omega\)
