radius `= r cm`
circumference`= 2 pi r = 22 cm`
`= 2*22/7*r= 22`
`= 2r = 7`
`r=7/2 = 3.5 cm`
area (quadrant) `= 1/4 `* area of circle
`= 1/4* pi * r^2`
`1/4*22/7*3.5*3.5`
`=38.5/4 = 9.625 cm^2`
