3 Digit numbers which are divisible by 

3 are 102, 105, 108, ……………. 999 

a = 102, d = 3, n^th term = 999 

a + (n – 1)d = 999 

102 + (n- 1)3 = 999

(n- 1)3 = 897 

n – 1 = 897/3 = 299 

n = 300 

∴ No. of three digit numbers which are divisible by 3 is 300.
