Correct option is (b) 22 cm

The diagonals of a quadrilateral bisect at right angles. Since, the diagonal bisect each other hence, the quadrilateral is a parallelogram.

The diagonals of the quadrilateral bisect at right angles, hence it is a square.

Now, all the sides of the square are equal and perimeter = 4S = 4 × 5.5 = 22 cm
