To create a bulleted list, first write the items of the list in different lines. Select all the items, click Format. From the menu options, select Lists and then click Bulleted List as shown in Figure.

You can also create a bulleted list in LibreOffice Writer by selecting all the items and then pressing Shift+F12 on the keyboard.
