Best answer

Correct option is (D) 2

 \(x^{2}-3 x+2=0\)

\( x^{2}-2 x-x+2=0\)

\( x(x-2)-1(x-2)=0\)

\( (x-1)(x-2)=0\)

 x - 1  =0 or x - 2 = 0

 x = 1 or x = 2

Therefore, 1 and 2 are the roots of the equations \(x^{2}-3 x+2=0.\)
