Best answer

(D) Employee Empowerment

Employee empowerment refers to giving employees autonomy, authority, and decision-making power in their roles. In this case, employees were attracted to other organizations because they offered more autonomy and authority to their employees, making them feel that their jobs were important. This indicates that employee empowerment was lacking in 'Child-O', leading to high turnover.
